The AI coach for in-person sales teams.

Record every conversation. Coach every rep. Know what actually happened.

Ruyo records the conversations your team has in person, on the phone already in their pocket, and turns every one into the note, a score against your own sales process and the one thing to fix by tomorrow.

Your managers see who needs help and why, not what got typed up afterwards.

  • The note, written for them
  • A brief before every appointment
  • Coaching on real moments
  • Ask anything about any conversation
  • Your process is the scorecard
  • On the phone they already carry

Built in the UK · Car dealers and home improvement first · Any face-to-face sales team welcome

How it works

Five jobs. None of them is a form.

Ruyo runs on the phone already in the rep's pocket. The rep has the conversation; Ruyo does the five jobs that follow it.

Nobody types a note again.

One tap before the conversation, one after. The customer is told, the phone records, and the note is written for them: what they want, the budget, who decides, what was promised.

“I had the conversation. The note was written before I was back in the car.”

01 · Capture · kitchen table · 31:04

“The other quote came in cheaper, to be honest. It's both of us deciding, and we'd want it done before Christmas.”

TimingBefore Christmas

✓ Note written before the rep was back in the van

Every rep walks in briefed.

Before the next appointment: what they said last time, the objection to expect, the one thing to try. A brief on the phone, not a dashboard on the call.

“Before the second visit I knew what they said last time, and the one thing to try.”

02 · Assist · Tuesday, before the first appointment

Yesterday

Two appointments. The cheaper quote came up in both.

Today, try

Ask what the cheaper quote leaves out before you talk price.

10:30 · 14 Elm Road

Second visit. Both partners this time. Last time: “we'd want it done before Christmas.”

Every rep gets better every day.

Minutes after the conversation: what landed, what was missed, the clip that proves it, and a score against your own sales process. One skill at a time, until it sticks.

“Six minutes after, it showed me the 40 seconds where the cheaper quote went unanswered.”

03 · Coach · sent 6 minutes after

Landed · 04:10

Scoped the whole job before quoting.

Missed · 31:04

The cheaper quote went unanswered. The price was defended before the spec was compared.

The one thing to fix by tomorrow

Before you talk price, ask what the cheaper quote leaves out. Play the 40 seconds, then try the line on your next appointment.

Nothing a customer says is lost.

Ask in plain English across every conversation the team has had. Every answer cites the conversation it came from, and when a rep leaves, what their customers said stays.

“Which appointments lost to a cheaper quote last month? It answered, with the clips.”

You know who needs help before the month ends.

The manager’s inbox says who needs help this week, on what, with the clip attached. Scorecards trend per rep and for the team, against the result you agreed at kickoff.

“Monday morning: who needs help this week, on what, with the clip. I coached three people before lunch.”

Who it serves

Built for every person on the sales team.

The same recorded conversation pays off for the person who had it, the manager who coaches them and the director who answers for the number.

A coach after every conversation, not a review once a quarter.

  • Capture: the note written before you are back in the car
  • Assist: walk into the next appointment briefed
  • Coach: one thing to fix by tomorrow, with the clip

Everyone benefits

The customer feels it too.

  • Their questions get answered, not deflected
  • Follow-ups that reflect what they actually said
  • A rep who gets better with every conversation
How it drives profitability

That was one conversation. Your team has thousands a year.

Ruyo catches the moments where deals are won or quietly lost, and coaches every rep on them, not just the one the manager happened to sit in on.

Consistency

Every rep sells like your best, on every conversation

  • “The other quote came in cheaper.”
  • “I’ll have a think and come back to you.”
  • “My partner needs to see it first.”

Your best people handle these lines well by instinct. Ruyo scores every conversation against the way they do it, shows the rest of the team the clip, and gives each rep one thing to try tomorrow. The gap between your best and the rest is where the money is.

The whole team handles the moments that decide the deal.

Next step

Fewer think-it-overs

“We’ll have a think and come back to you.”

Scores whether a next step was set, and shows the rep what their best colleague says at exactly that moment.

More conversations end with a booked next step.

Price

Hold your price against the cheaper quote

“The other quote came in cheaper, to be honest.”

Coaches the rep to compare on spec and guarantee before the number, with the clip from their own conversation.

More deals held at your price, not discounted.

Follow-up

Stop warm deals going cold

“Can you send me the figures by Friday?”

The promise is in the coaching note and the manager’s inbox, so it goes out, and the deal gets a chase before it cools.

Fewer paid-for leads die in silence.

Ramp

New starters get good faster

The new starter’s third appointment of the week.

A brief every morning, coaching after every conversation and the clips of how your best people do it, from day one.

New reps sell like your experienced ones sooner.

  • Add-ons offered when they are relevant
  • Missing decision-makers caught early
  • Customer knowledge that stays when a rep leaves
  • Managers coaching where it counts
Start with a 30-day pilot

The proof

No logos, no invented numbers. The proof is the pilot.

We would rather show you what Ruyo hears in one of your own conversations than quote someone else’s results.

Agreed at kickoff

We agree what a result looks like before day one.

More next steps booked, fewer think-it-overs, the cheaper quote answered: whatever your number is, it is written down at kickoff and measured on every conversation.

Thirty days, whole team

Every rep, every conversation, for a month.

Not a sample of three calls. The whole team records, gets coached and sees their scorecard, so you see the change across the floor, not in one rep.

No results, money back

If the number does not move, you do not pay.

No results, money back. We would rather earn the second month than talk you into the first.

FAQ

The questions sales teams ask first.

Is it legal to record in-person conversations in the UK?

Yes, when the customer knows. UK rules turn on awareness and a legitimate purpose, so Ruyo is built around telling the customer: the app shows the rep a short line to say before recording and keeps a record that it was said. We agree the wording with you before anything goes live, and we walk every team through it.

How will my reps feel about being recorded?

The rep gets the value first: their own coaching, minutes after the conversation, before anyone else sees anything. It is a coach, not a camera. Most reps want to know what they could have said differently; Ruyo tells them, with the clip, and nobody has to type anything up.

Does it replace our CRM?

No. Ruyo is a coach, not a system of record. It does not need your CRM to start, and your recordings, notes, transcripts and scores are yours to export.

What does setup involve?

The app goes on the team’s phones. A founder turns your own sales process into the scorecard with you, and agrees the result the pilot will be measured on. From the first recorded conversation, Capture writes the note and Coach sends the one thing to fix; Assist, Remember and Grow fill up as the conversations do.

Which industries does it work in?

Car dealers and home improvement are where we started, so those pages show the worked examples. Any team that sells face to face works the same way: your process becomes the scorecard.

What does it cost?

£99 a seat a month, minimum five seats. You start with a 30-day paid pilot for the whole team, and if there are no results you get your money back.

Where is our data kept?

Your recordings, transcripts and coaching are stored in London. Speech-to-text and the AI models that write the coaching run with named providers, some of them in the United States, under their data processing terms. The full list is in our privacy notice, and we take every team through it before the pilot starts.

The privacy notice, terms of service and sub-processor list are public.
