What to include

• The email address on your Ruyo account, and the name of your business.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• For a recording problem: the date and time of the conversation, and the phone model.
• Never send a recording or a transcript by email; tell us which one and we will look at it in the service.

Deleting your account or your data

If you have a Ruyo account and want it deleted, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We delete the account and the data we hold about you as controller, and confirm within 30 days. Recordings and the records made from them belong to the business you work for; it decides their retention, and we act on its instruction.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Ruyo and want a recording of you corrected or deleted, contact that business; it is the controller and we will help it respond. If you do not know which business, email us and we will point you to the right contact.
